(although not all have sections on flower essences)
These are by no means the only books available.
Book #1 through Book #3 are the most important, complete, and on
target.
1) Flower Essence Repertory [FER]
by Patricia Kaminsky & Richard Katz
The "flower essence bible." I hear this book is out-of-print
-- bummer! I was able to obtain a used copy at Amazon Marketplace.
It is a wonderful book. Mainly applies to humans, but plenty can
be extrapolated for cats.
[FER] covers all of the flower essences below.
2) Emotional Healing of Cats [EHC]
by Stefan Ball & Judy Howard
[EHC] covers the 38 original Bach flower essences as they apply
specifically to cats.
3) Treating Animal Illnesses & Emotional States
with Flower Essence Remedies [TAI]
by Jessica Bear & Tricia Lewis
[TAI] covers the 38 original Bach flower essences, plus a bunch
more, as they apply to animals, not just cats. They have what I'd
call an "expanded" list of essences, which was helpful.

[NBFT] covers the 38 original Bach flower essences as they apply
to people.
6) Flower Essences for Animals: Remedies for Helping
the Pets You Love
by Lila Devi
Useful book for those interested in Master's Flower Essences. I've
haven't used this book much because I don't use Master's Flower
Essences, although now Flower Essence Society (FES) Research Essences
include some Master's Essences.
7) The Total Cat: Understanding Your Cat's Physical
and Emotional Behavior from Kitten to Old Age [TC]
by Carole Wilbourne
A very good holistic book about cats. However, has just a little-bitty
mention of flower essences.
