This month April 15 - May 15, 2007 Town Cats would like to honor the Nellen family for their dedicated work at Town Cats for the past few years! Jalissa wanted to volunteer helping the cats and she and dad Eric, and mom Annette have been absolutely wonderful caring for the cats/kittens on Friday evenings at the Town Cats shelter and providing foster care for kittens in their home as well. They are a true cat loving family and just can't get enough of our furry friends in their lives!

Here they are holding two of their foster kittens, Caribe and Burberry (who aren't cooperating with the camera) but who are both adopted now thanks to the Nellens loving care. They were feral kittens and with the Nellen's handling they became very nice friendly house cats and were adopted! It's not that easy to take time out of one's busy day to spend time socializing kittens, so the cats and we really appreciate their work!
