Meet
Anna, David and Kim Molyneux, this month's (October, 2007) Town
Cats
Volunteers of the Month!
For October, Feral Cat Month; we thought it appropriate to recognize
Kim Molyneux, daughter Anna and son David who have been fostering
feral kittens trapped by mom/grandma/
dad/grandpa Joan and Larry Shuyler (who are Nov vol's of the month)...all
summer and into the fall now. They've done an excellent job taming
these babies who come in growling and hissing (yeah right, we're
scared, little ones!)...and after a couple weeks in the Molyneux's
loving care, they are friendly, purring, just happy little kittens
ready to go home with a nice family!
See some of their fosters on our site
who are still available: Figgy, Casey, Pearl, Muffin are some of
their fosters who are very sweet kittens waiting for a home... fostering
is a nice way to do community service/volunteer work - it's in your
home and the kittens give back so much. Town Cats even gives community
service credits for high school students and others who want to
do volunteer work.
A great big paws up to Kim, Anna
and David! You've saved a lot of kittens who now have found wonderful
homes rather than wandering the parking lots and dumpsters looking
for food!
Send us an email if you'd
like to volunteer to help the cats!
