| Email Stationery - for Outlook Express users | |
| Instructions on how to downlaod and use the email stationary are at the bottom of the page. | |

| Download: Click
on the link for the stationery you would like to download and save
it to your stationery folder. The default path is- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\ UnZip: You will need a program like Winzip to uncompress the files. Locate the hana.zip file and right click and choose C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\hana\ This will create a new folder called hana which contains everything you need to send emails using the stationary you chose. Creating an email using the stationary in Outlook Express: Click on the drop down menu arrow at the side of the create mail button, choose Select Stationary and locate the hana folder you unzipped earlier. Inside that folder is a file called hana.htm and that is the file you should choose. This will open a new email and you simply click in the place it says (type here) and replace that with your message. If you have any problem using this stationery, please refer to the help section which you can find at the top of the Outlook Express window. |
