Bordeaux
Bordeaux' and her mate Champ's kittens were trapped at a Sunnyvale high tech business campus and brought to TC to tame and place when young enough to tame. Two were placed as barn/ranch cats since they didn't tame down and two were placed as housecats because they liked the indoor life and people! However later the building's management didn't want any more feral cats around, so we trapped Bordeaux and her husband Champ too. Champ found a home at a ranch with some other cats, however Bordeaux is retired and content at Town Cats for the rest of her life. This picture is of her relaxing in our sanctuary in the sun. We no longer have this location and she along with 30 other cats had to be moved back to our shelter. See our article on feral cats needing homes!

Skyler
Skyler was trapped when he showed up at one of our colonies for mealtime! He's neutered now and a happy permanent resident of the colony! He had quite a few scratches when he arrived, but is healing now that he's not in the mating game.

Flippa
Flippa came to Town Cats by way of the infamous Morgan Hill 150+ cats in 2002. An elderly woman was discovered with more than 120 cats living in her home and Town Cats took about 100 of them! Many were not socialized to humans ie to be regular housecats/pets, and Flippa's one of those guys who prefers the company of cats to that of people. We had taken him to a sanctuary that we built on some unused property, however due to financial circumstances, the owner who graciously let us have cats there for 8 years had to sell the property and now little Flippa is back at TC waiting for a permanent outdoor home he can call his own forever! This photo was taken at the sanctuary.

Mugs
This is Mugs, who was trapped as a kitten at a body shop dumpster and who was adopted along with his friend, Forest, by a wonderful person who had adopted her indoor housecat from us a few years ago. He's now got a yard of his own with fruit trees and is having lots of fun! This picture is of him when he was a resident of our sanctuary which no longer exists. This is why we need homes for these feral cats!
