Cat
care on a budget
If
you aren't worried about the mess, try scattering a pile
of grocery bags on the floor in a big pile or use a big
sheet of wrapping paper...
( try putting it in a large cardboard box if you want
to contain the play area) cats will have hours of fun
charging in and out, the noise they create seems to enhance
the fun.
Always put grocery bags away
after playtime to ensure your cat or kitten is safe when
they are not being observed.
Thankyou to CashnetSweeps.com
for supplying details of pet related sweeps for our subscribers
and supporting Town Cats.

Updates
The Morgan Hill 100
Ever wonder what happened
to the 100+ cats discovered living with a Morgan Hill family
about a year ago? Well, Town Cats ended up taking in about 120
of these cats and we're happy to let everyone know that we've
found homes now for all but 18.
Of these last 18, 5 are friendly house cat types and about 13
are still quite skittish around people and would prefer living
in the company of other cats in a ranch, or outdoor living situation
with a kind caretaker to feed and look over them of course.
We've exhausted our resources and are almost at the finish line,
please help by either adopting one of these or any of our other
cats, tell a friend or send a monetary donation which is desperately
needed now that we're in the midst of kitten season too.
Update from
one of our Feral Adopters
These cats are a group of ferals
cats who have been given a fresh start and now reside at the
home of one of our feral adopters.
"I know you met all of my
gang when they were at TC during the fire, so though you might
enjoy seeing a couple of them in their usual environment.
Between the two pictures here are all four of the Town Cat's
cats I currently have. Molina, now Val, has turned into a real
love bug, and a joy to have around. As you can see, she is also
a ham....I took the camera out and said 'come on Val look cute
for me', and this is the pose she chose.
Thanks again for all you've done for me, and all you both do
for the cats."
Our Volunteers collect Paw
Points to donate items desperately needed such as cat litter
and bedding.
