Low-Cost Spay and Neuter Programs in San Jose and Silicon Valley

San Jose Animal Care Center

Available to Residents of San Jose, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Saratoga
Location: San Jose Animal Care Center, 2750 Monterey Road, San Jose, CA 95111-3120

Services for pet cats, feral cats, and pet dogs (chihuahuas/chihuahua mix only). Two options for feral cats:

  • “Feral Freedom” program — free to residents of above cities. Feral cats can be surrendered every day 7am-9pm, no appt. needed.
  • Regular Spay Neuter Program — $25 if you want to pick up and return the cat yourself . Wednesdays by appointment only. Community/Feral /Stray cats only and must come in a trap. Cats in carriers will not be accepted at this time. Appointments become available two weeks in advance.

Services for pet cats, feral cats, and pet dogs. Feral Freedom TNR program – Feral cats can be surrendered Tues-Thurs 8am-5pm, no appt. needed.
