Virtual Pet CPR & First Aid Training

March 20, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$74.95

We invite all pet owners and animal lovers to register for this educational opportunity to learn CPR and First Aid for pets in an emergency. The first few minutes of an accident or injury to a pet could be lifesaving if their owner knows how to respond before getting their pet to a veterinarian or emergency clinic.

Register here to attend this virtual CPR and First Aid, where you will be trained by a live instructor, tested, and given certification for 2 years.

More Information:

Please note what time zone you are in so that you log into the Zoom Classroom at the correct time. Class start times are listed on the registration page on our website. You must log into the Zoom Classroom 10-15 minute before the class start time. You will be placed in the virtual waiting room until the instructor lets you into the class. If you log on after the class begins we cannot guarantee that the instructor will be able to stop teaching to let you into the class and you will therefore miss the class.
Because this is a live virtual class you must have the following requirements in order to participate. Anyone without the items below will not be able to participate in the class:
  • Good solid internet connection (all the technical difficulties we have seen in our zoom classes have been on the class participant’s end, not ours. We cannot control the quality of your internet connection and/or equipment.
  • A stuffed animal to perform the CPR skills on (you cannot be tested on CPR without a stuffed animal)
  • Computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
  • Webcam (you must be viewable in your webcam for the entire class) and a Microphone
  • Floor or table where you can be viewable to the instructor while performing CPR

We cannot stress enough that EVERYONE registered for the class MUST be visible and present during the entire presentation. If you are sharing a device with someone else you BOTH MUST BE VISIBLE. Make sure that your full name is reflected in your zoom window. This is how we take attendance. If there are more than one of you in the window you must tell the class administrator when you are in the waiting room the full names of everyone in your window or no one will receive credit for attendance nor be certified.

Attendance and participation are mandatory for certification.

**This is an interactive class which means you must have audio and video access so that the instructor can see and hear you during the class. You also must have your own stuffed animal(s) to practice on and be tested on for the CPR portion**

The class will be approximately 3 hours long.
