We've celebrated huge wins—saving over 600 cats in one year, creating new programs, going fully foster- and pet store-based, and expanding our outreach into schools and libraries. And we’ve also had our share of hard pivots—pausing programs, transitioning spaces, shifting our team. Right now, we’re in a new chapter. We don’t have a traditional shelter.
